The Inner Structure of Roll Crusher:

The main structure of the wheel gearing is composed of fixed roll, movable roll, drive shaft, machine box, chassis, cover piece and long gear cover. The motive power of the machine comes from the V-belt pulley of the electromotor, and a pair of middle reduction gear will make the fixed roll rotate, and then a pair of long gear drive on the other side of the fixed roll will drive the movable roll, and the two rolls perform relative movement to squeeze the materials.

Working principle

The adjustment of discharging granularity: There is a wedge-shaped or gasket adjustment device between the two rolls, and on the top of the wedge-shaped device, there is an adjusting bolt. When the adjusting bolt pulls up the wedge, the wedge will lift the movable roll from the fixed roll, so that the gap between the two rolls will become large, and the discharging granularity will become large. When the wedge goes down, under effect of the pressure spring, the gap between the two rolls will become small, and the discharging granularity will become small. The gasket device adjusts the discharging granularity through increasing and decreasing the number or thickness of the gasket, and when the number of the gasket increases, the gap between the two rolls will become large and the discharging granularity will become large; when the number of the gasket decreases, the gap between the two rolls will become large and the discharging granularity will become small.

Features

When some foreign matters that cannot be crushed go into the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded due to some reasons, the spring protection system of cone crusher will increase the discharging mouth and the foreign matters will be discharged from the crushing chamber, thus realizing protection. If the foreign matters are stuck at the discharging mouth, the spring protection system will start the chamber cleaning system and continue to increase the discharging mouth, so that the foreign matters can be discharged from the crushing chamber of cone crusher. Under the function of the spring, the discharging mouth will be automatically reset and cone crusher will resume normal work. This series of cone crusher is divided into three types, namely coarse cone crusher, medium cone crusher and fine cone crusher and the customers can choose different type according specific needs.

Working principle

When cone crusher begins to work, the electro motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the spring coupling, drive shaft and a pair of angle gear, so that the crushing wall of cone crusher gets close to and then gets away from the surface of the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, and the ores inside the crushing chamber will be constantly impacted, squeezed and bent to be crushed.

Working principle

The working manner of this series crushing machine is dynamic extrusion type, and its working principle goes like this: the electro motor drives the belt and belt wheel to make the movable jaw to move up and down through the eccentric shaft, and then movable jaw goes up, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is bigger, thus pushing the movable jaw to get close to the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the materials are crushed or smashed, thus reaching the goal of crushing; when the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle pate and the movable jaw is smaller, under the effect of the draw bar and the spring, the movable jaw moves always from the fixed jaw, and then the crushed materials will be discharged out from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electro motor, the movable jaw of the crusher will do periodic motion to crush and discharge the materials, thus realizing mass production.

Working principle

Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine that uses impacting energy to crush materials. When the machine works, driven by the electro motor, the rotor will rotate with high speed, and when the materials go into the action zone of the plate hammer, they will strike and are crushed on the plate of the rotor, and then are crushed again when they are thrown to the impacting device, and then the materials will bounce back from the impact lining board and go to the action zone of the plate hammer and are crushed again. This process will proceed repeatedly, and the materials go into the first, second and third impacting chamber to be crushed until they are crushed to the required granularity, and then discharged from the discharging mouth. Adjusting the gap between the impacting rack and the rotor can change the discharging granularity and the shape of the materials.
